Here’s your chance to save some money on this is brand new positive ground Pertronix ignition unit, which I ordered on 3/22/2016. I opened the box and started to install the unit in my MGA distributor, but since the car is so original in every other way I changed my mind and decided to stay with the old fashioned points. The Ignitor will come to you in the original box with the instruction sheet.
This is the same kit as Moss Motors part no. 222-555, listed on-line at $115.99 plus shipping. The part number on the box is LU-142AP12, and the application description is “IGNITOR 4 CYL POSITIVE GROUND 23/25D DIST. MGA, MGB, SPM (EXCEPT 1500) TR3-4A, ALSO DM2 DIST 40510, 40561, 40414.”
